About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for driving growth and efficiency through data-driven marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to ensure a minimum of 100% ROI from the second month onwards for our small business clients across North America.

What You'll Do: Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategy:

Design and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels such as paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Campaign Management and Optimization:

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive qualified traffic, maximize conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets. Utilize A/B testing and continuous monitoring to refine strategies and improve ROI. Budget Management:

Effectively allocate and manage the performance marketing budget to maximize returns. Audience Targeting and Segmentation:

Employ data-driven insights for precise audience identification, segmentation, and personalized marketing, optimizing campaign targeting for maximum impact. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership:

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, analytics, product, and creative) to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct thorough analyses of marketing metrics, provide actionable insights, and deliver regular reports to key stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy optimization. Industry Trends:

Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

Who You Are: Experienced:

You have a proven track record of at least 5 years in performance marketing, preferably with experience in e-commerce and Shopify Plus environments. Knowledgeable:

You possess a deep understanding of performance marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with affiliate networks is a plus. Analytical:

You have strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio is advantageous. Results-Driven:

You are focused on achieving continuous optimization and delivering ROI-driven performance. Creative and Strategic:

You are a creative problem solver with a strategic mindset, capable of thinking outside the box to achieve marketing objectives.
