Job description
As a Senior Full Stack Developer/Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction and implementation of our projects. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a solutions architect type role while leading a team of developers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong full stack knowledge, capable of managing and mentoring a team while contributing to the development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 developers, providing guidance and support in project execution.
- Drive the technical architecture and design of solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Hands-on development of web applications, leveraging full stack technologies.
- Implement best practices and standards for code quality, security, and performance.
- Manage and optimize the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving our technical capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
