Job Title: MIS Executive
Location: Nadarganj, Lucknow
About the Company: Established in 1964, its a manufacturers and suppliers of mild steel drums and barrels. Types of drums it produces such as Lightweight drums, Epoxy coated drums and Open mouth drums or as per customer demands used for storage and transportation requirements for items such as - petroleum products, lubricating oils, chemicals & pharmaceutical products.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive to join our team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Proficiency in advanced Excel and MS Office is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business operations.
- Collect and validate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for management, summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop customized reports as needed.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing measures to address discrepancies or errors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and data analytics.
- Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma with IT knowledge.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles.
