Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the marketing and sales efforts for our Construction ERP software product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and closing sales to drive the adoption of our software within the construction industry. *Proven experience in marketing and sales of software products in the engineering and construction industry internationally through digital marketing and sales.

Responsibilities: 1.Market Strategy and Planning: • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to target the construction industry. •Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs. 2.Lead Generation: •Generate qualified leads through various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and industry events. •Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. 3.Sales and Client Acquisition: •Actively engage and follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into clients. •Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. •Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. 4.Product Knowledge: •Develop an in-depth understanding of the Construction ERP product and its features. •Be a subject matter expert and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients. 5.Client Relationship Management: •Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. •Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. 6.Collaboration: •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to ensure a unified approach to client engagement. 7.Reporting and Analytics: •Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities. •Utilize analytics to make data-driven decisions for improving strategies. 8.Competitive Analysis: •Stay informed about competitors and industry trends. •Use this knowledge to refine marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications: •**Proven experience in marketing and sales of softwares (Mandatory). •B.E / B.Tech with M.B.A in Marketing from reputed Institute/University. •Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools, including CRM software. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. •Strong understanding of the construction industry, project management and its specific needs & challenges. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. •Willing to travel to client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
