Role Description This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Vile Parle, Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's human resources functions, including but not limited to employee recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Working days: Monday to Saturday Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm Qualifications Experience in human resources management, employee relations, and talent acquisition Experience in compensation and benefits administration, performance management, training and development, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, and a Master's degree is a plus Professional certification in human resources such as SHRM or HRCI is highly desired Salary Salary and remuneration shall depend on qualification and aptitude.Job tags
