Job description
Primary Responsibility
Primary responsibility to understand Freight invoices and subsequently enter required Data into client system as per SOP.
Performance Parameters

Quality: Accuracy of data entry from scanned Freight invoice in client application.

Any other metrics agreed to within SLA
Role Responsibilities
.
Ensure that the scanned documents are entered in client system as per the policies and procedures defined in thetraining (Desktop Procedures)
.
Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
.
Ensure that the quality of the audits is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process ExcellenceStandards.
.
Identify potential areas for process improvements and highlight the same to the Assistant Manager
.
Onus for self-learning and keeping oneself abreast of process updates and communications
.
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
.
Ensure adherence to EXL and Client Policies and Procedures
