Our Indian Operations Centre (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2000+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision, and commissioning. Over the last decade, INOPC has evolved to become the largest engineering hub serving more than 40 countries across different energy sectors. The team caters to the four business units-Transformers, Grid Integration, Grid Automation, High Voltage and has successfully executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.
Your responsibility.
Preparation of Pressure Vessel Test dossier for customer projects (using supplier test documentation, we have to prepare a dossier for customer projects of the pressurized parts used in the specific project)
Retrieval of supplier test reports from traceability dossiers (if we have a quality case, we need to find the supplier test reports related to the impacted part)
Maintenance / Support of the supplier report database (Outlook based Repository called Info's: ensure reports are properly ordered & classified, and provide user support in case of user questions)
Support an improvement project to streamline the pressure vessel process (material flow and documentation flow).

Your background:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical /Mechanical).
4+ y of experience in quality function of pressure parts used in high voltage products.
Basic know-how of pressure vessel requirements.
Basic know-how of a purchase order setup.
Able to use databases and large amount of digital (PDF) documents.
Structured working.
Office package, especially Outlook & Excel
SAP MM, DMS - preferrable.
