Remuneration: Fixed salary

Role: Fulltime Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team as a fulltime Recruiter. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting talented individuals to join our school faculty and staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. Job Posting and Promotion: Utilize various platforms including job boards social media and professional networks to advertise job openings and attract qualified candidates.

  2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes conduct initial screenings and assess candidates qualifications and suitability for available positions.

  3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders as necessary.

  4. Recruitment Administration: Manage recruitmentrelated documentation including job descriptions interview notes and candidate feedback.

  5. Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into their roles within the school.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR. Fresh graduates with a passion for recruitment and relevant internships or course work will also be considered.

  2. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bahadurgarh Haryana.

  3. Availability: Fulltime availability during regular business hours with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend recruitment activities.

  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates effectively and stakeholders.

  5. Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) and online recruitment platforms.
