Our client is an authorized dealer of well known automobile companies., was founded in 1985 and has its headquarters in Dwarka, Nashik.

They have strong presence in the state of Maharashtra and an

overall total of 13 Arena showrooms (including 2 E-outlets and 7

R-outlets), 4 NEXA showrooms, 4 Commercial

showrooms, 3 True Value Outlets, and 13 workshops, we are

future ready to create new benchmarks in customer delight.

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Location : NAshik,

Salary range - 10 LPA onwards

Experience : 5 + years

Qualification : Minimum CA

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial

Officer (CFO) to join our esteemed client. The CFO will spearhead our financial

operations, ensuring strategic fiscal management and driving financial growth

in alignment with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning and Leadership:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies in line with the company's vision and long-term objectives.

- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to formulate financial plans that align with the company's growth trajectory.

- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, s tatements, budgets, and forecasts.

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial data, presenting insights to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.

- Implement robust financial controls and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

3.Capital Management and Investment Strategy:

- Manage capital allocation, investment strategies, and financial risk management to optimize returns and mitigate potential risks.

- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for operational needs and growth initiatives.

- Evaluate and execute potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships to enhance the company's financial position.

4.Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

- Provide guidance and direction to the finance team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance goals.

- Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance department.

5.Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and financial standards.

- Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.

- Implement internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CA Degree is must.

- 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience,

- Proven track record of successful financial planning, strategy development, and implementation.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead teams effectively.
