Associate Learning Coordinator

Job description
We are looking for a self-motivated Associate Learning Coordinator to join the Workday Success Plans Delivery Center of Excellence. This team focuses on enabling the delivery team and delighting our customers. - Support business processes that you can help to innovate and streamline.
- Assist with communication, training and organizational change activities.
- Collaborate multi-functionally across a global organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate consultant training and development activities.
- Build training materials and coordinate content management.
- Update published policies, guidelines, and other resources.
- Assist with BAU questions and issue resolution for WSP Delivery team.
- Support Program Managers initiatives, projects, and areas of responsibility.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an equivalent or related role
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written, business environment and conversational).
- Strong multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working on a global team.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Google business tools and presentation tools.
- Preferred: Experience with Workday Learning.
Other Qualifications:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task optimally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing and Software as a Service
- Capable of building positive relationships across multiple teams and time zones.
- Bachelor s degree or meaningful work experience required.
