Job description
Role : Project Manager / Scrum Master (4 positions) Job Description : - Managing scrum team of 8-10 members . - Daily standup calls with team and clients - Status reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis - Project planning and tracking - Conducting project reviews on timely basis - Tracking and managing the project teams - Work closely with Developers, BA, Quality, Engineering, and cross-functional team to resolve issues that arise during design, implementation and in post-production. - Should be able to discuss with the clients and write user stories in the absence of a Product Owner, or guide the PO if the team has one. Requirements : - The candidate should have practical knowledge Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes - Knowledge of application development on web/mobile platforms - Strong knowledge of Database queries and scripts - Logical reasoning to solve real time practical issues, Scripting knowledge(Any) - Should be experienced in tools like JIRA, Redmine, Trello - Have good customer interaction skills (ref:hirist.tech)
