Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Requirements gathering from international customers over phone
· Devising effective business and technical solutions to the requirements
· Closely working with internal teams to prepare the proposal
· Managing entire proposal lifecycle including estimations, wire-framing, mockup/POCs etc
· Presenting proposal, showing PoC demo to clients and do all it takes to close business
· Creating use cases or user stories and handhold project to delivery team
· Assisting content writers in creating marketing collaterals like portfolio, case studies etc
· Gradually setting up a team and manage the presales/business analysis process
The Ideal candidate:
- Be a BE graduate with IT or computer science background
- Have minimum 5 year of experience in presales/business analysis in a software services company
- Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with business-related knowledge
- Possess the ability to understand international customer needs over the phone and interpret to get output.
- Possess significant exposure to various tech stacks in Web, Mobile, UX, AR/VR and Cloud
- Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile
- Have knowledge of the sales process and marketing dynamics
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Have a high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation
- Added advantage for those has 6 months to one year of experience in development (coding) using any tech stack
