Job description
Performs and analyzes complex financial modeling, economic research, trends and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, and cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons.
Prepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management.
Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.
Monitor business performance by unit, division or group.
May provide analysis on business development for the Center.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM :
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of finance and accounting experience with progressive responsibility, especially with exposure to international operations and RD preferably
Medical devices/ Pharma/Service industry experience is preferred
Strong, professional communication and writing skills
Strong knowledge of SAP, Hyperion systems and various data flows
IFRS and Ind AS awareness preferred
Education : CA/MBA Finance from Tier I / II Business Schools
