Project Role : Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Your typical day will involve collaborating with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring that all deployment-related activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders, including progress against plan, risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of any changes to the deployment plan. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong program and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues before they become critical.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
