Job description
Functional Responsibilities
Seasoned digital marketing professional with hands-on experience of growing and running digital
channels - SEM, Email marketing, retargeting, affiliate marketing, Facebook Marketing,
video/search/display adverts.
Maintain online PR, social media branding, and online reputation management.
Craft strategies for Digital, Social Media, SEO, and growth hacks.
Develop a comprehensive brand identity and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to build and
manage a rich content/digital marketing calendar that attracts a qualified audience conducting
customer, competitor, and product research. Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer
personas.
Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and
recommendations, and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and
metrics
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Drive and own performance marketing ROI on Facebook and Google.
Generate B2B sales leads and nurture them, while tracking conversion rates, timelines, cost of
leads, etc.
Be an expert user of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Hunter, Owler Zoominfo,
Mailchimp, GetProspect, ZeroBounce, Funnelbake, Pipedrive, Hubspot, Intercom, WebEngage,
MoEngage, Drift, etc. for company analysis and lead generation. Measure, track & improve ROI in
lead generation initiatives. Conversion rate, Customer acquisition, Customer retention, Lead
generation, Lead quality Sales, Revenue, Conversions, Downloads, Referrals
Excellent responsive web design skills using CSS and HTML, and able to quickly prototype web
page layouts Strong object-oriented programming skills with C# and JavaScript WordPress
development and configuration
The candidate should have experience in managing social media handles/accounts and running
successful paid/organic campaigns.
A person should also have executed successful campaigns on social media especially viral video
content for engagement and lead generation.
