Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the human resource operations of the company, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The role is located in New Delhi, but there is flexibility for some remote work.

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, regulations, and best practices
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g. SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is preferred
