Imaging Design Group Manager
.Lead & manage the Noida Imaging competence centre (Analog, Digital, Verification, Firmware and Validation)
.Lead & manage the Noida project execution and across disciplines above -
.Ensure & be accountable for the Noida Imaging design team to apply Imaging RnD execution excellence flow, checklist & standard compliancy (ISO26262, Cybersecurity) -
.Be part of the Imaging RnD staff & contribute to the technical roadmap, product roadmap & priorities arbitration.
.On top of team management, bring significant technical lead and personal competences and particularly in domain of HW design & Verification, as well as Firmware.
.Develop and maintain Firmware agility (both at team and personal level), to contribute actively and swiftly to Imaging .products debug, demonstrators and derivatives (in patch and ROM)
.Be the Imaging SubGroup Greater Noida site representative (deployment of Imaging subgroup values & team spirit, develop collaboration with external stakeholders to leverage from local ecosystem, such as local administrations for funding and subsidies, local universities for recruitment and RnD.
.The job position is mix of both management and technical expertise. Someone who is currently handling a team of 15 people in his/her organization could be a good fit for this position.
.The Design group in Noida is composed of 5 entities: Analog, Digital, firmware, verification and validation.
.The census of the team is currently 31 with future perspectives of further growth to about 50 employees in the next 3 years.
.The management aspect involves the group management and development (in term of technical, leadership, autonomy), taking care of turn over and recruitment, people growth, developing and maintaining a team management structure.
.The technical aspect consists in being responsible of specific domain, requiring hands-on development also.
Overall understanding of the full system, covering various domains of knowledge and expertise, right from architecture, verification, prototyping and firmware is instrumental in the success of imaging products development.
.As such, personal expertise in field of Frontend Design and Firmware (not in RTOS context) is a real bonus, both on product contribution and on team technical lead and mentorship point of view.
