Job description
Key responsibilities: Maintain and update the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring that product listings, descriptions, images and prices are accurate and up-to-date. Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, and promotional strategies across marketplaces. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels, oversee order fulfillment and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Monitor and analyze online sales data, using insights to optimize listings, and drive increased sales. Work with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns and social media promotions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and digital platform updates. Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any concerns and using feedback to improve product listings and offerings. Conduct competitors analysis across marketplaces. Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs at all marketplaces.
Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Should be Specialized in Amazon and proficient with other e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, and Jiomart. Shopify will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools. Relevant certification in Amazon and other e-commerce sites is a plus. Proficiency in MS - Excel and other analytical tools.Job tags
