Qualifications & skill
• 3-4 years work experience in an e-commerce D2C brand / gifting brand.
• Experience growing a social media online community.
• Experience in brand building & story telling, marketing strategies, social media management & PR.
• Ability to manage social media platforms, plan & execute content along with ad campaigns.
• Proficient knowledge in PR & influencer marketing.
• Proven ability to strategise & create compelling engaging content.
Job profile
• Brand & product story telling - Responsible for developing interconnected brand narratives that span product attributes, audience benefits, and a greater brand vision, from brief to execution and shape and communicate our vision and mission to create a digital community.
• Creation & execution of marketing communication plan for entire year (Marketing Calendar /Campaigns).
• Strategise & manage company social media pages to upload stories, posts, reels etc & Online relationship management.
• Content marketing strategies to be planned, executed & communicated to the photography/ videography team.
• Responsible for collaborations with other brands & focus on pop ups / product collabs / exhibitions & events.
• Creation, strategising and execution of marketing ad campaigns.
• PR strategies - Develop & maintain relations with media, Influencers & negotiate with UGC creators, to further develop influencer marketing campaigns.
