Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Patna. The Sales and Marketing Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, supporting the sales team, training new hires, and assisting with sales management. The role allows for some work from home and requires availability during regular business hours.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Customer service experience with an emphasis on problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Sales experience preferred with knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Experience or interest in training new hires on processes and procedures
- Basic knowledge of sales management techniques and strategies
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience or interest in the training and career industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
