We cater to a variety of businesses, including start-ups, corporates, and large enterprises.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at Execube Co-work in Noida. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing our co-working community, handling member inquiries, coordinating member events, and maintaining a cohesive work environment. They will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the co-working space.
Key Responsibility
- Maintaining a productive relationship with members and making work better for them by either providing reasonable solutions within the agreed timeline or by making the right connections.
- Building a relationship by understanding the company and helping pair solutions to their problems.
- Building a relationship with individual members to help them network, collaborate and develop meaningful work relationship.
- Timely communication to respective members' grievances and problems.
- Involves in the Sales & Vendor Management.
- Ensuring Timely collection of payments for respective accounts
- Timely communication of invoices to respective member companies
- On-boarding new members into the community
- Ensuring standard monthly communication is shared with respective members.
- Reach out to industry leaders and book them for events and master classes
- Find prospects within the start-up community and pitch value based membership models
- Create a pipeline of prospective customers, nurture them for customer acquisition
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years prior work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in co-curricular activities
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in customer service and/or community management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Adept with Excel, Word and Power point
- Experience with social media marketing and event management
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
