We have an opening with an advanced and innovative medical devices company.
Position: Purchase Associate
Job Location: Bangalore
Experience: Upto 3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Department : Supply Chain & Logistics Department,
Reporting To : Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire purchases of the company, using Tally ERP with accuracy and maintain excel spreadsheets of the inward.
In charge of placement of orders, logistics of delivery, inwards entry and inventory management.
Coordination with CHA, Overseas companies for clearance of the Import shipments.
Coordination & preparation of documents related to Import as and when required.
Coordination with companies for the timely delivery of shipments.
Should address enquiries from Customs related to Import shipment with proper clarification & documentation as and when required.
Negotiate with CHA for shipment charges.
Keep a tab on the inventory level and place orders as and when required.
Fortnight reports to be shared for Inventory, order requirements etc.
Have a thorough understanding of the payment requirements of the companies and address them accordingly for purchases.
Work in close cooperation with the finance department for various financial and accounting related aspects.
Ensure documentation of product returns as per company norms and maintain records for the same.
Maintain files and records in an organised manner for internal and external audit.
Ensure compliance with all statutory guidelines of the company.
Coordinate with the Store department for Inward & Outward process.
If any other responsibility is required in Warehouse to be followed.
