Designation Associate (HR)

Requisite Qualification Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management

Requisite Experience At least 3 years of experience ( Preferably in an HR Generalist Profile with CA / Legal/ Financial / other professional firms)

Location NoidaÂ

Estimated CTC Range upto 5 - 6 Lacs( Commensurate with skill set & experience)

SYNOPSIS

We are seeking an experienced professional to handle a generalist profile including all the facets of HR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Â

1. End to end Recruitment of professionals & Article Trainees

• Work collaboratively with the senior HR team to meet the TA requirements ( entry to lateral and article trainee hiring ) within stipulated TAT.
• Create / Update Job Descriptions & Internal Assessment Documents for allocated positions in coordination with HR Seniors & Hiring Managers.
• Post Job Descriptions on relevant online channels & process applications received; Source relevant resumes from Job Portals, References, Social Media (Linked In etc.)
• Conduct the recruitment cycle as per predefined process which includes screening candidates via HR Interviews, coordination for technical & final round interviews with department head etc.
• Conduct pre joining formalities as per stated process including reference checks, BGVs, release offer letters, compile documentation etc.
• Conduct joining formalities & orientation process.
• Maintain complete, periodic records including recruitment trackers, CTC benchmarks etc.
• Assist in completion of all formalities related to ICAI (where applicable).

2.HR Business Partner (Lifecycle Management)

• Payroll Management including managing technology enabled re-imbursements process for allocated teams
• Maintain Records & MIS as required
• Ensuring compliance with Firm Policies & Processes at all levels
• Employee Grievance Management & Redressal
• Assist with day to day operations of HR functions & duties

3.Employee Engagement for Firm Culture & Visibility

• Organizing Team Building Activities & Celebratory Functions; Use new & innovative means to improve team motivation & efficiency
• Plan, engage in & encourage team participation in digital branding activities as an employer of choice
