Job description

About the role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing all sales activities within a specified geographic area, ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through planning, deployment of franchises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the assigned area. Identify the prospect potential clients or customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions to meet their requirements. Acquire new clients or customers by pitching company services, conducting service demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities in the assigned area. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the company's products or services. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities to ensure timely follow-up and closure. Forecast sales volumes and revenue for the assigned area, providing accurate and timely sales projections to support business planning and decision-making. Gather customer feedback and insights to understand market needs, preferences, and trends, and provide input for product or service development and improvement. Build and maintain strong networks with industry professionals, trade associations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand business connections and opportunities. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to management, summarizing key achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities through continuous learning and professional development activities. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.

Qualification ·

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. ·

3- 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the EV industry or Automobile industry ·

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives. ·

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. ·

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ·

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Knowledge of EV market trends, competitors, and regulations. ·

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
