Job Details:

1. Position: Assistant Manager / Manager -Structural Design

• Location: Powai, Mumbai
• Exp: 8-12 Years
• Qualification: BE (Civil) / ME (Structural Design)
• Candidate should have experience into Residential / Commercial Projects.

1. Structural Design & inter-disciplinary coordination

2. Value engineering ,

3. Review Consultant's designs, suggest cost saving options/changes,

4. Coordinate with costing team for budget pupose,

5. Coordinate with site team to ensure their queries are sorted out asap,

6. Prepare boq in-house or review boq prepared by consultant,

7. Review structural DBRs, analysis & design models and drawings submitted by consultants

8. Knowledge of software like Etabs,SAFE, STAAD,Autocad

9. Sound knowledge of structural engineering, knowledge of code provisions.
