Job description
**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced In-House Ecommerce Specialist who is proficient in Shopify and possesses a strong understanding of SEO principles. As our Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store to drive traffic, enhance user experience, and increase sales.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Manage and maintain our Shopify platform, including product uploads, inventory management, and order processing.
2. Implement SEO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of our online store in search engine results.
3. Conduct keyword research and optimize product descriptions, meta tags, and other website content to attract organic traffic.
4. Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies accordingly.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ecommerce and SEO.
7. Provide regular reports and insights on ecommerce performance, traffic trends, and customer behavior to stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience working with Shopify and managing ecommerce websites.
3. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
4. Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Experience with HTML/CSS and web development is a plus.
