Job Summary
The Product Manager, Unified Communications will be responsible for defining Web applications and mobile applications in the Broadband Services product line. They will lead the product vision and project deliverables and collaborate with Customers, other product managers, engineers, executives, and other designers. Working directly with engineering, they will prioritize and define product development to ensure successful implementation of new product features. Primary Responsibilities Develop feature requirements and coordinate sign-off with customer and engineering Communicate solutions verbally as well as through sketches, user flows and prototypes to engineering and customers Provide product support for sales – develop and deliver customer presentations on product features Drive the product evolution by understanding the market and customer needs Contribute to RFI/RFP responses Coordinate local Product Management team and mentor other team members Qualifications/Skills Minimum 10 years of experience in a product management or product development role Well versed in product managing mobile apps (IOS, Android) and Web applications to create market-winning solutions. Be a problem-solver who leverages data, agile principles, and human insights. Be responsive, flexible and able to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Comfortable initiating and holding professional conversations with prospective and current customers and users. Comfortable negotiating professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A strong communicator with internal and external constituents as well as large, senior groups Education Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
