Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with existing clients, setting sales targets and developing strategic plans to achieve them.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• An understanding of the real estate industry and current market trends
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic knowledge in Interior designing, BOQ and plans.
• Good knowledge in using Excel and Google sheets.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
