Responsibilities - Technical Assistance:
- Provide technical support to both internal teams and external customers on Sansera Engineering's range of products and services.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues faced by customers or internal personnel, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Sales, to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including troubleshooting guides, user manuals, and FAQs.
- Conduct product training sessions for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis:
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform detailed investigations to diagnose complex technical problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to identify trends and patterns in technical issues and provide recommendations for product enhancements or process improvements.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers in regard to all technical inquiries and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating technical expertise and exceptional customer service.
- Ensure timely and accurate response to customer queries, concerns, and complaints, consistently seeking to exceed customer expectations.
- Liaise with Sales and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for technical upgrades or modifications to meet evolving customer needs.
- Product Development Support:
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to provide technical insights and recommendations during the product development lifecycle.
- Support the introduction of new products by conducting internal testing, validation, and providing constructive feedback to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in devising and conducting appropriate performance and reliability tests to validate product functionality and conformance to industry standards.
Requirements - A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field is required.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to products or systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to investigations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey technical information efficiently and effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools used for technical analysis and documentation.
