Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relation Specialist to deliver efficient secretarial and client support in a well-organized and timely manner. This role involves working closely with executives, handling various tasks to streamline their work and communications. As an individual contributor, you will provide personalized assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Your responsibilities will range from managing schedules and correspondence to organizing meetings and travel.
Candidate Profile:
· A graduate/post graduate in any discipline.
· Experience 1-2 years in Customer Relation Management.
· Well versed working in Ms Excel.
· Experience in vendor management.
Responsibilities:
· Handling customers' requests and queries appropriately with confidential information.
· Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, replying emails and meeting clients.
· Compilation of data base in Ms. Excel.
· Collect and analyze market research and business plan to present the clients.
· Travelling to client offices for meetings.
Compensation:
· 25000-35000/- per month
