Job Title: Founder's Office Associate
Location: On-site, Hyderabad
Job Description:
As our Founder's direct associate you will be responsible for effective communication and project coordination with the different teams. You will also have to collaborate with the design team to execute content, campaigns, and branding activities. Additionally, you are required to analyze social media performance data, identify top opportunities, and align efforts across product, content, and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Should be a Skincare Enthusiast and deeply understand Skin Science.
- MBA graduate with an Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who yearns for 360° experience in running a startup and is hardworking
- Should demonstrate a strong quick learning aptitude and excellent research skills.
- Ability to read and analyze data
- Strong marketing, sales, operational, and negotiating skills
- Expert at multitasking and time management
- Experienced in organic growth marketing and strategy development.

- Strong experience with SEO, SMO, SMM, SEM, Content Marketing, and Strategy.
- Ability to organically increase reach, impressions, and views for social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of Social media trends, keenly observing data trends, making reels, and other social media-related activities.
- Should at least have two years of prior experience.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to drive business insights.
- Experience in writing copy for ads, taglines, descriptions, and content for products, websites, and social media.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assume a leadership role in the absence of the founder, providing guidance, support, and decision-making to ensure smooth operations and continuity.
- Make informed decisions considering the company's vision, values, and objectives.
- Oversee and manage the team, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans in alignment with the company's vision, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Identify and address challenges or obstacles, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and maintain operational efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring new ideas and insights to the organization.
- Collaborate with different departments and teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
- Ideate content, post, engage and optimize the same through its life cycle.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms with Strong SEO, SMO, SMM, and SEM principles.
- Understand consumer pain points specific to the brands and develop a user-first experience through skilled analysis to address consumer needs.
- Develop, delegate, collaborate, and execute content, campaigns, and branding activities along with the design and visual team.
- Execute new strategies using the performance data and experimental feedback from previous stages.
- Identify and prioritize top opportunities, ensuring alignment across product, content, and marketing teams.
- Write copy for a variety of media including social, print, and video, and implement brand guidelines across all company communication channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new marketing materials
- Communicate using current appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistent and articulate messaging.
