The opportunity We are hiring an ambitious and technically minded Administrator to join our established and growing team based in India. Job Responsibilities: To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices. Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets. Handling of OEM AMC service providers, operational maintenance service providers for M&E and allied hard services for smooth and trouble free operation of services with Electrical power supply, UPS,HVAC ,PAC, fire detection and firefighting systems, critical room maintenance, emergency power supply ,water supply etc. Assist in managing M&E scope of the projects like repairs, modifications of infrastructure to ensure the quality and deliverables with in the stipulated time. Resolving escalated customer complaints on time. Facility-Infrastructure, Risk and Asset Management. Daily operations overseeing and reporting on infrastructure & ME operations. Maintenance of critical spares and spares and inventory management To carry out the work as per line manager’s instructions. Carry out preventive maintenance as per the schedule to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment. Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations. The job holder should ideally have: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Having previous Facility Management experience ideally within technical areas and projects. Employee and Stakeholder management. Good Written and verbal Communication. Project management (Planning, Execution & Takeover). Vendor Management. Proficient in MS Office.
