Job description
Job Title: Automation Tester with Robotic Framework
Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Automation Tester with expertise in
Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Selenium, and proficiency in either Java or
Python. Experience with Playwright is highly desirable, and exposure to Nonfunctional Testing (NFT) would be a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robotic Process Automation
(RPA) tools and frameworks.
2. Design, implement, and execute automated test cases using Selenium WebDriver in
Java or Python.
3. Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to identify test
automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies.
4. Integrate automated test scripts into continuous integration/continuous deployment
(CI/CD) pipelines.
5. Conduct Non-Functional Testing (NFT) activities, including performance testing, load
testing, and stress testing, to assess system reliability and scalability.
6. Troubleshoot and debug test automation failures, and work with development teams
to resolve issues.
7. Create and maintain test data and test environments for automated testing.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in test automation, RPA, and
NFT.
9. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on test automation
best practices.
10. Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent
work experience).
2. Proven experience as an Automation Tester with expertise in RPA, Selenium, and
either Java or Python.
3. Familiarity with Playwright automation framework is a strong plus.
4. Experience with Non-Functional Testing (NFT) tools and methodologies is desirable.
5. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best
practices.
6. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, particularly Java or Python.
7. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
8. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile
and Waterfall.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Relevant certifications in automation testing, RPA, or NFT would be advantageous.
