Job Description:

As a Telecaller at Urvara Fertility Centre, you will play a crucial role in our patient communication and support system. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective patients over the phone, providing them with essential information about our services, addressing their queries, and guiding them through the initial stages of their fertility journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients who have shown interest in our fertility services.
2. Provide detailed information about the various fertility treatments offered at Urvara Fertility Centre.
3. Address inquiries and concerns raised by potential patients regarding treatments, procedures, and costs.
4. Schedule appointments for consultations with our fertility specialists.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with patients in the CRM system.
6. Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to consultation.
7. Collaborate closely with the marketing and patient care teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
8. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all patient interactions.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
3. Empathetic and patient-oriented approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage call schedules and patient records efficiently.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
7. Understanding of fertility treatments and procedures will be an advantage but not mandatory.
