Job description

A PR Manager/ Sr. Manager will beresponsible for planning, executing, and managing public relations activities to enhance an organization's

reputation,visibility, and credibility.

He/she will workclosely with internal teams and externalstakeholders to communicate key messagesand manage the organization's image in the

media and public eye.

Key Responsibilities

ï'· Strategy Development: Developand executecomprehensive PR strategiesaligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

ï'· Media Relations: Build andmaintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets. Pitch stories, pressreleases, and news articles to secure

media coverage.

ï'· Content Creation: Write and editpress releases, articles, blogposts, and other PR materials.Ensure that the messaging alignswith the organization's brand

and values.

ï'· Crisis Management: Developcrisis communication plans andlead the response to any negativeincidents or situations that mayaffect the organization's

reputation.

ï'· PR Events: Plan and execute PR events, such as press conferences, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

ï'· StakeholderEngagement: Engage with keystakeholders, includingcustomers, partners, investors,and government agencies, to foster positive relationships and partnerships.

Key Skills

ï'· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

ï'· Excellent interpersonal andrelationship-building skills.

ï'· Knowledge of mediatrends, public relations bespractices, and crisis management.

ï'· Proficiency in using PR and mediamonitoring tools.
