Job Title: Assistant Vice President
Preserve AUM of Kotak life improving existing processes relating to customer retention
. Enhancing customer engagement via educational campaigns and exploring new mediums of communication
. Assess & onboard vendors (call centers/knowledge partners) which impact retention
. Equip branches & other stakeholders in enhancing customer servicing in relation to customer retention
. Other responsibilities include preparing presentation decks for regular updates to senior management, assist in audit processes, liaise with other internal stakeholders (sales, policy servicing, customer servicing teams etc.), manage the entire retention team etc.
