Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at NGage Club in Chennai. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and performing clerical duties, such as responding to emails, facilitating payments and booking appointments.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience with receptionist duties and clerical tasks
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
