As a Business Development Manager at Little Black Star Visual Effects , you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and strategically expanding our market reach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach and increase customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
