Job description
Ensures payroll and/or time reporting is processed with speed and accuracy, auditing employee pay and/or time records and reconciling totals as needed. Administers the companys benefits program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.
Documents payroll/time/benefits processes and procedures; Serves as liaison to employees and with third party payroll/time/benefits vendors to ensure payroll/time/benefits processing accurately reflects company specific policies. Interprets pay/time/benefits policies and ensures appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly. Verifies compliance with country payroll/time/benefits legal/tax reporting requirements; stays current with changes in the law. May assist with audits of internal records, tax filings, etc and related documentation.

- Provide customer service on pay, time and benefits related activities, such as inquiry resolution, request management, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in line with the countries, customers, and regulations.
- Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships and communications to partner in a proactive and customer outcomes focused way.
- Provide guidance and advisory to first level support teams.
- Serves as expert contact for payroll specialists in more complex inquiries and processes.

- Escalation management.
- Proactively identifies and troubleshoots payroll/time/benefits issues to determine root cause and solutions for resolution.
- Analyze multiple payroll audits during processing to ensure accuracy and validity.
- Analysis and controls for payroll processes, accruals and employer obligations for all in scope countries.

- Deep Knowledge of local tax and social insurance

- Advanced Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookup, etc.)
