Job description

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the performance of all the group companies websites Research and Analysis of consumer statistics on the website Collaborating with both Tech support team and digital marketing to come up with efficient strategies to improve the engagement on the website and discovery of the website The websites are up to date with comfortable UX and UI Job Description: They must be a bridge between IT technology and marketing. Developing and managing a strategic plan for marketing technology that aligns with organizational goals Researching new technology trends to identify opportunities for improvement within an organization’s current marketing technology strategy Evaluating existing marketing technology programs and recommending updates or changes to improve efficiency or effectiveness Managing the implementation of new marketing technology platforms to ensure compatibility with existing systems Recommending new technologies to improve efficiency or effectiveness of marketing initiatives Conducting market research to determine customer preferences and behaviours Overseeing implementation of new technologies by working with outside vendors or internal personnel Serve as the primary point of contact and expert for all marketing technology (MarTech) platforms, including but not limited to CRM, CMS, MAP, web analytics Work with marketing leadership to develop and execute a MarTech strategy that meets business objectives and aligns with the company’s overall digital transformation goals Serve as the administrator for all MarTech platforms, ensuring data quality, system uptime, and user access; manage integrations between systems Collaborate with IT and other departments on technical projects Train and support users on all MarTech platforms, developing and maintaining user documentation Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators and report on progress against objectives Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring SLAs are met Oversee data governance for marketing technology platforms, working with Data Management and other teams to ensure data is accurate and compliant Support all the websites with the SEO & SEM strategies and see through the execution Knowledge of technical skills for the usage of the latest technologies and software (not expecting them to code) Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing technology during audits and reviews Budget planning and management for all marketing technology expenditures Perform other duties as assigned Skills Data analysis:

This will include analysing the number of clicks a website receives, unique visitors, time spend, the number of people who fill out a form and much more as per the need of the business. Project management:

This could include managing the project from start to finish, including assigning tasks to vendors, liaising with business and various functions, monitoring the project’s progress and ensuring that the project meets its goals.

Business acumen:

Cost optimisation while meeting the business goals is critical aspect of this function.

Technology skills:

Knowledge of platforms used for the effective brand communication through these IT assets.
