Purpose of the Position
The Learning and Teaching Assistant will work with the Learning and Teaching team to support the development and delivery of quality blended learning solutions for tribal and indigenous communities. The Assistant will assist with various tasks related to curriculum development, learning management systems, and digital tools and resources to ensure that NagaEd’s education solutions meet the company’s mission and vision of delivering quality education to all students.
Organisational Unit Function
- Assist with curriculum development, including research, design, and development of learning materials and resources
- Help maintain and improve digital tools and resources, including learning management systems, online platforms, and multimedia resources
- Support the delivery of digital education training for teachers and stakeholders, including assisting with the preparation and delivery of training materials and resources
- Help to build the capacity of stakeholders by providing support and assistance with the implementation of education programs and initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and provide support as needed to ensure the successful delivery of education solutions
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of innovative and effective learning strategies and approaches
- Assist with data collection and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of education solutions and programs
- Support the development of client support strategies to ensure that all clients receive timely and effective support and assistance

Essential
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated interest in digital education and educational technology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to support the development of education solutions and programs
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and other digital tools and resources
