Position: Sales Team Lead
Location: Basavanagudi, Bangalore (WFO) Experience: 4-5 years as a Team Lead / Head of Sales Qualification: Any Graduate Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory (Multilanguage will be added advantage) Shift: Day Shift Interview & Job Type: Walk-in & Permanent work from Office Roles & Responsibilities Manage & Handle a team of 15-30 inside sales representatives. Monitor & train the inside sales representatives on industry best practices. Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors. Provide continuous business development opportunities and achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets for the team. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and meet revenue goals. Responsible for generating revenue in Ed Tech space. Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales. Skills Effective team player, self-motivated, require minimal management or guidance. Competent with CRM and Microsoft Office. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Strong aptitude for planning and time management. Ability to Negotiate and provide guidance.
