Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.      Develop and expand Salon franchise business and achieve revenue and collections targets.

2.      Lead sourcing, identification, selection, and on-boarding of new salon franchises.

3.      Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective distributors, vendors, franchise etc.

4.      Proactively identifying new leads for distributors, vendors, franchise etc. and converting them through high quality sales pitch.

5.      Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

6.      Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to Salons.

7.      Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

8.      Responsible for giving support to all branches and franchise to develop business.

9.      Responsible for maintaining quality of education and company policy in all branches and franchise.

10.  Responsible for drafting and signing the contracts with various parties i.e., distributors, vendors, franchise etc.

11.  Managing franchise performance to ensure consistent customer experience.

12.  Manage and maintain records of Business sales, revenue, invoices, growth, analytics etc.

Desired skills:

1.      At least 5 years of business development and franchise selling experience in field of beauty and wellness industry, preferably in salon business.

2.      Should be well versed in managing Business Development function encompassing B2B/B2C Sales, Market Development, Distribution Management, Key Account Management and Pricing etc.

3.      Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hindi and English language.

4.      Target oriented and should have good negotiation and convincing skill.

5.      Good hands-on on computer specifically MS office suit for emailing, excel sheets and draft/communication creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Fix Salary: Based on candidate previous experience and skills

Supplemental pay types: Performance linked bonus

Working hours: Normal office hours/Flexible

Travel required: yes.
