Overview: As an ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting ELV systems and solutions to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of ELV technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients, assess their needs, and propose tailored ELV solutions to meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation:

Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for ELV systems, including but not limited to security systems, CCTV, access control, fire detection, public address, and structured cabling. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing timely and effective solutions. Technical Consultation:

Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding ELV systems, offering insights into system design, integration, and functionality. Proposal Development:

Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotations for ELV systems, ensuring alignment with client specifications and budgetary constraints. Negotiation:

Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to ELV systems, contributing insights to enhance sales strategies. Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to coordinate efforts and deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the ELV or security systems industry. In-depth knowledge of ELV systems and technologies, including CCTV, access control, fire detection, and structured cabling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach to sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or training in ELV systems or related fields. Previous experience working with architects, consultants, and contractors in the construction industry. Understanding of local regulations and codes governing ELV system installation and operation.
