Job description
The purpose of this role is to lead the immediate design team members and creative work with focus, commitment and an ever-increasing knowledge of all things design and art. Realises concepts and big ideas with a dedication to producing the highest caliber of creative product.
Job Title: Senior Visualizer/ Art Director Responsibilities Designing graphic and motion content, illustrations, and infographics. Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery. Reviewing design drafts to ensure quality. Generating fresh concepts. Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. Understand creative briefs, prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Visualize look and feel for projects in line with the brief and as per brand guidelines. Create images and designs in line with design and communication objectives. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts Qualifications 5-7 years of agency experience with a Strong portfolio, demonstrating creative/conceptual potential and writing capabilities. Creative thinking, analytical & problem solving Strong interpersonal and Communication Skills Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadline Sound business acumen; strategic skills Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop Ability to lead the TeamJob tags
