Job Overview:
As an HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring for blue-collar positions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to connect skilled workers with rewarding job opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in efficiently managing high-volume recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand blue-collar staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for bulk hiring.
- Source and attract qualified candidates for various blue-collar positions using a variety of channels, such as job boards, community outreach, and industry partnerships.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vocational training centers, community organizations, and other sources to build a strong pipeline of blue-collar talent.
- Implement creative and effective recruitment methods to reach and engage potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, key metrics, and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a focus on bulk hiring for blue-collar positions (1-2 years).
- Knowledge of blue-collar industries and an understanding of the specific skills required for various roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
