HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Being our paramount responsibility, Trident Group embraces the Head of Engineering for overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously including strategy and development, task management, people management, budgeting and financial planning, relationship management, and self-management and personal development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy, Analysis, Plant Maintenance, Planning and Management
⦁ Monitors and review operation of Plant equipment and systems; to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement; participate in plan development and performance review of Plant with Head operations.
⦁ Planning for Energy conservation by optimum utilization & Innovation and reduce the Maintenance cost by increasing the spares lifespan with proper maintenance in Mechanical, Electrical & Utility machines.
⦁ Manage entire Mechanical and Electrical maintenance of Textile Machinery in Weaving, Dyeing & processing and CSP section & troubleshooting of utilities like compressors, cooling tower, Humidification Plant, Hot water recovery system, Steam and Condensate system etc.
⦁ Demonstrated competencies in project planning, scheduling, drawing cost estimates, mobilizing & managing manpower, machines, and material resources to achieve project execution within defined cost and time parameters.
⦁ Conducting root cause analysis of failure & evolving breakdown solutions within minimum turnaround time.
⦁ Initiates, implements and manages the Plant maintenance program based on best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/ predictive maintenance.
⦁ Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
⦁ Planning for Inventory control of spare parts and minimize spares cons.
⦁ Documenting maintenance history of machines to use it as useful reference to resolve maintenance issues.
⦁ Ensuring Successful implementation of TPM initiatives by actively involving all members.
⦁ Team Development: Coaching and mentoring the team members for better role enrichment and growth.
⦁ Ensure asset care through regular maintenance activities
⦁ Responsible for complete operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of E&I equipment's in plant and Sub-station.
⦁ Daily review of the KPI's of team and performance of the team
⦁ To operate, maintain and provide equipment maintenance support to all production areas to get maximum efficiency at lowest cost
⦁ Proper shut down planning to achieve Zero downtime

Required Skills & Qualifications
⦁ Educated to degree level (preferably Masters) in a relevant engineering discipline
⦁ Demonstrable experience of 10+ years in leading an engineering function with a proven track record in strategic engineering leadership delivering effective engineering strategies, policies, processes and systems.
⦁ Knowledge and technical understanding of automotive processes, components and design techniques
Annual CTC
⦁ Is Negotiable and Decidable basis subject knowledge and hike to the previous salary as per market standards.
