Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Chennai. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts, prospecting new business, developing and executing sales plans and strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The Territory Manager will work closely with our marketing team to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and events. Provides regular feedback to company leadership on market competitive trends, pricing strategies, and market needs.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry with knowledge of the retail landscape and market dynamics
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve business goals
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with managing a team is a plus
