SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development, SSI: NON SSI: Good to Have Skills :SSI: No Technology Specialization NON SSI : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Planning and facilitating project plan, deliverables, stake holder engagements and issue risk mitigation Drive design, build, test, cutover hyper care phases, followed by transition to Support Team Manage client, implementation team, and third-party resources to ensure solution delivery within client defined timeframes Experience in monitoring project issues and sound judgement for escalation Documentation understanding around SOW, RFPs and Requirement Traceability Matrix Technical Experience : Overall IT experience of 9 years with minimum 3 implementation cycle in SF-SPCDP SF certification with exp and expertise in modules like Succession and Career Development Planning Experience in Employee Central, PMGM, Reporting will be a bonus point Experience in global consulting, implementation, solution architecture and maintenance Professional Attributes : Excellent knowledge on functionalities like Development Plan, Career Worksheet, Role Readiness Form, Career Path and Mentoring Understanding of Position Management, Global Assignment, Job Profile Builder, Competencies Skill Management and Job architecture Conversant with SuccessFactors release u Educational Qualification: 16 years full time education B Tech/ MBA/ PGDHR/ MBA HR Additional Info : Willing to provide coverage to client in overlapping time zone based on business requirement
