Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates for open positions and build a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline.
- Screen resumes to identify candidates that align with job requirements and shortlist for further evaluation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on application status and addressing queries.
- Assist in data management by maintaining accurate records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities, aligning candidate profiles with specific job requirements.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a strong interest in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with basic HR concepts and recruitment processes is a plus.
- Great technical skills in PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel.
